  • Apply generously to face, neck, and any other area of exposed skin. Rub in with fingertips. Best if applied 15 minutes before sun exposure.

    Please note that since tallow is fat-based, it will melt if left in the heat. Store the sun stick in the cooler if you’ll be in the heat. If it does get soft or melt, just pop it in the fridge and it will be good a new.

  • Tallow is rendered beef suet (fat). It has been used for centuries as a natural and extremely effective way to care for your skin.  It is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K and very closely mimics our skin’s natural oils, making it effective at boosting skin repair and providing deep nourishment. Tallow has anti-inflammatory properties to calm irritation, yet is gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin.

    Our tallow is hand-rendered from local Minnesota organic farms. All cattle is pasture-raised, grass-fed/finished, and given no hormones or antibiotics.
